About Ty Wespiser

Ty is a co-owner at Barclay’s Real Estate Group and has been helping individuals and investors achieve their real estate goals in Southwest Florida since 2008.

A graduate of Central Michigan University with degrees in Marketing and Logistics, he began his sales career in Michigan working in the document management industry. A few years later, an opportunity to work for a prominent medical device company brought him to Fort Myers. Ultimately, he transitioned into real estate, initially specializing in the high-rise market. As an owner/investor and partner in numerous commercial and residential transactions, he has a reputation for finding the right property at the right price.

Under Ty’s leadership and that of the business partner, Bert Parsley, Barclay’s Real Estate Grup has become synonymous with high-quality customer service and unwavering excellence and is also committed to giving back to the community.
